deziNovation follows a comprehensive process to ensure that each project is completed successfully
- Initial Consultation: The first step in our process is an initial consultation with the client. During this meeting, we discuss the client's needs, budget, timeline, and design preferences. We also take measurements and photos of the space to help us create a design plan.
- Design Proposal: Based on the information gathered during the initial consultation, we create a detailed design proposal. This includes sketches, mood boards, and 3D renderings that illustrate the design plan. We also provide a detailed cost estimate and timeline for the project.
- Design Development:Once the client approves the design proposal, we move on to the design development phase. This involves creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and specifications for all materials, finishes, and furnishings. We work closely with the client to ensure that the design meets their needs and preferences.
- Construction and Installation: After the design development phase is complete, we work with our network of suppliers, and factory to complete the construction and installation of the project. We oversee every aspect of the project to ensure that it is completed on time and within budget.
- Final Inspection: Once the construction and installation are complete, we conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure that they are satisfied with the finished product. We provide guidance on how to care for the space and maintain its beauty. Our process is designed to be collaborative and transparent, with open communication between our team and the client throughout every stage of the project.
